Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK, but we’re planning to offer international shipping in the future. If you’re interested in our products and live outside the UK, sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand our shipping services globally.

When should I place my order?

We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially since our kits are in high demand around arrivals week. To make things easier, you can pre-order now and choose a future delivery date, ensuring your kit is ready when you arrive.

Pro Tip: If you're arriving on a weekend, select the Friday before your arrival to have everything ready and waiting.

Can I have a delivery over a weekend?

We recommend avoiding weekend deliveries to prevent any delays or disruptions, as some courier services may not operate on weekends. However, if you choose the Friday before your arrival, your accommodation’s reception will typically hold your package until you arrive.

Pro Tip: When you arrive, check with the reception or security team to locate your box. It might be stored in a secure area, or you could even find it waiting in your room. Just remember—you’ll still have to make your own bed!

Where is my order?

Our fast student delivery service ensures your order arrives within 3-5 business days. You must have received a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can then track your delivery using the link provided. 

If you haven’t received tracking details, check your junk or spam folders. If you still can’t find, please contact our customer service at general@studentials.uk

 I have an issue with my order

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked. 

Please contact us to give a bit more information so we can sort this out for you? We just need your name, and which order number this relates to.

To start a return, contact our customer service at general@studentials.uk, and we'll guide you through the process. Please ensure the items are in their original condition. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 2-5 business days of receiving the items.

What if an item in my package is damaged or missing?

If an item in your package is damaged or missing, please contact our customer service team immediately at general@studentials.uk. We’ll promptly resolve the issue by either replacing the item or providing a refund—whichever you prefer. 

To expedite the process, please have your order details and, if possible, a photo of the damaged item ready. Rest assured, we’re here to make it right!

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at general@studentials.uk. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. 

If your order has already been shipped, we can guide you through the return process.
